My client, Generations of Hope, has entered the Pepsi Refresh Challenge and is in the running for $250,000. Within a day we moved from 176 to 76 in the standings!!!! Generations of Hope, an award-winning nonprofit, established Hope Meadows, an intergenerational neighborhood where families adopt children from the foster care system and adults 55 and older agree to provide 6 hours per week of service to the community in exchange for below-market rent.
