The question is “Why would you do a polar plunge?” (ie: run into the freezing cold water in Antarctica in your bathing suit).

During my expedition I so enjoyed the lectures given by the on-board scientists. One thing I learned is that the “continent” of Antarctica is really a series of islands covered in ice.
