Iceberg Reflection

With ice covering 98% of Antarctica, there’s an amazing variety, including clear ice, blue ice, glaciers, icebergs and ice shelves. Whew – that’s a lot of the cold stuff!

First Woman to Solo Antarctica *Video*

Earlier this year, Felicity Aston became the first woman to complete a solo trans-Antarctica crossing. I think this is unbelievably cool!

Known as a world-class arctic explorer, this was her first solo expedition. After completing her mission she was emotional — too emotional? Watch the video!
