Hi Adventure Philanthropists!
Whoa! The weeks are getting crazier – I’m juggling tons of consulting work (a good thing!), plus writing the book (it’s going well!). So no fun for me in the foreseeable future as I keep my nose to the grindstone.
But I’m cool with it, ‘cause I’m convinced the payoff in the end will be worth all the blood, sweat and tears of this summer! Now if only I could squeeze in a game of tennis or two...

Photo of the Week: House on Peruvian Plateau
I snapped this photo during a bus ride through southern Peru, heading toward the town of Arequipa. Known as the White City, the town is nestled in the altiplano at the edge of the Andes, surrounded by a barren, but somehow beautiful, landscape. This small adobe house sits, exposed to the elements.
