I’m Erin’s mother and love to travel. That shouldn’t surprise you. As they say, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.
My latest travel destination was Canada. This was my chance to explore the eastern provinces of this vast country. Here’re my highlights from Canada’s capital cities:
Since Mom is our Guest Blogger this week, I thought I’d include a post from one of our earlier trips to Europe together. While we were in Italy, we heard the term “Death by Luggage,” which pretty much sums up the hefting of suitcases on and off Italian trains.
Here’s a quick video of me whining in Bologna about our luggage “situation.” (Plus an older video of my original RTW pack job – Look: Me with red hair!)

I took this photo the day before we set sail for Antarctica. It was a rare sunny day at the tip of the southern hemisphere. You can see the Andes in the background, with colorful boats bobbing in the calm Puerto Williams harbor. An incredible view!
