Hi Adventure Philanthropists, My dervish self is continuing to whirl! Great news on this end – I am due to receive the final proof of my book Adventure Philanthropist from the printer this weekend! If all is well, we’re off to the races folks! Thank you again to everyone, especially my Kickstarter funders, who helped support me during this somewhat long and tumultuous process. (Actually not really, I mean, I wrote and published the book within 6 months = GoErinGo time!) And now for the articles this week: I’m pleased to announce a partnership with the Foundation for Sustainable Development, a nonprofit organization that supports community organizations around the world. In my new role, I’ll be sharing my “Living an Adventure Philanthropist Life” presentation with FSD’s network of 25 universities across the U.S. Here’s more about this fabulous organization and my role… Favorite: MESSAGE from Israel I was only in Israel for 10 days and I spent 5 of them volunteering at the worthy nonprofit El HaLev, which helps teach women and girls how to defend themselves. With such a short time, I was only able to do a cursory visit to a few cities: Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and Nazareth. Here’re my 7 insights on my quickie tour of Israel... I chose my tandem diving guy because he was the boyfriend of my seatmate during the flight from NYC to Cape Town – only the best credentials!
