Favorite > The Scoop on Stone Circles

About this time 2 years ago I was checking out the UK’s ancient stone circles. I visited 5 stone circles and got pretty intrigued. So I thought I’d share this post with y’all (and yes, maybe the launch of the series Outlander -- a guilty pleasure -- may have played a small part in my decision to feature this favorite post this week...)

Photo of the Week > Annapurna Base Camp, Nepal

I took this photo during sunrise at Annapurna Base Camp, high up in the Himalayan mountain range. It took us more than 8 days to climb to this spot (the highest most lay people can climb), crossing avalanches, endlessly steep (up, up!) mountains, and some serious altitude. This one shot shows that it was all worth it!
