Favorite > The Strength Within The first year of my trip in 2011, I volunteered at El HaLev in Jerusalem. I recently came across a story they wrote of my visit and thought I’d share it with y’all. The article starts, “Here at El HaLev, we had the privilege of hosting the Adventure Philanthropist Erin Michelson... During her visit, we discussed philanthropy, self-defense and fashion.”
Photo of the Week > Palace Square, St. Petersburg, Russia St. Petersburg’s famous Palace Square started taking shape in mid-18th century, with the building of the Tsar’s Winter Palace anchoring the public space. Another famous foothold is the State Hermitage, Russia’s museum of art and culture. Commissioned by Catherine the Great it is one of the largest and oldest museums in the world.
