Tajine, the national dish of Morocco, is one tasty meal. I should know, I ate one every day for the entire two weeks I was in Morocco. There’s all varieties of tajine: beef with prunes, chicken with lemon, root vegetables. Here’s one of my favorite recipes (before I became vegetarian):

This little guy was snapped at a wildlife park on our way to the Blue Mountains, outside of Sydney Australia. It seems so odd to see a penguin in a warm climate, but here he is. Cute as can be!
