I should know, I ate one every day for the entire two weeks I was in Morocco. There’s all varieties of tajine: beef with prunes, chicken with lemon, root vegetables. Here’s one of my favorite recipes (before I became vegetarian): Photo of the Week > Penguin, Australia This little guy was snapped at a wildlife park on our way to the Blue Mountains, outside of Sydney Australia.
