I have been on safari before and they were really fabulous. That said, the Botswana and Namibia safaris I went on during my 19-day Acacia Africa Desert Tracker tour were truly mind-blowing!

I just spent a week scuba diving the waters of the Red Sea. And lucky me! I had two great encounters with sharks – one with a hammerhead and one with 2 legs.

I started to refer to the Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) trek as the “Tea House” trek because of both the frequency of our stops (although I’m not complaining) and the tea house atmosphere that makes this hike different from all others.
